These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Harvard FCU is chartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
These Terms, together with any other agreements, policies, and documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harvard FCU regarding the Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Harvard FCU to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Harvard FCU.
